Job Description
Role: Commercial Painter
Pay Range: Competitive pay based on experience + Bonus Opportunities
Are you looking to be part of a team that values quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship? Socium Coatings. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Painter to join our team. Who You Are
You have proven experience as a painter in commercial settings. You have proficiency with various painting techniques and tools. You possess a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
You are familiar with safety procedures and guidelines. You are physically capable of working in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing ladders). You have good communication and interpersonal skills. You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. You are available to work at night, from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM. You can pass a drug test, background check, and have a good driving record. Certifications such as vocational training in painting or experience with decorative painting techniques (e.g., faux finishes, murals) are a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in various positions and weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Availability for night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:00 AM) Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and maintain a good driving record.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping).Select and mix paints, stains, and coatings.Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.Protect surrounding areas and perform touch-ups.Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment.Ensure safety compliance and follow company policies.Communicate with clients and team members for project updates.Track materials used and time spent on projects.
