Job Description
Role: Commercial Foreman
Pay Range: Competitive wages + Benefits + Bonus Opportunities
Socium Coatings. is seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to lead a team in construction or manufacturing projects. If you're a strong leader with a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency, we want you on our team.
Who You Are
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role (5+ years). Bilingual (Spanish preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Available for night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM) and able to pass a drug test and background check.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role. Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and maintain a good driving record. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work in construction or manufacturing environments with exposure to loud noises, dust, and hazardous materials.

Lead and supervise a team, ensuring adherence to schedules. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. Manage resources and maintain project records. Inspect work for quality and resolve any issues. Act as the point of contact between workers and management. Train and develop team members.
